Say Yes to doing a virtual 5k with us on or before August 16, 2026 and help support Compassionate Care ALS (CCALS)! Funds from purchasing a shirt and committing to walk, run or shuffle through a 5k will help support those with ALS in getting quality care and resources to help them navigate this complex disease,
I said YES to running the Falmouth Road Race and raising funds for CCALS in honor of Mike Cunningham. Mike was diagnosed with ALS in 2023 and was supported by CCALS every step of the way. His final lesson to all of us before he passed away in 2025 was to just say yes first, so when his wife asked us all to join her in giving back to support this cause yes was the only way forward.
