Order and design process is easy. Customer service was sufficient the refunded the 4 shirts. Quality control processes are evidently terrible. We ordered 8 shirts for a state competition for our highschool kids. Of those shirts 4 of they had problems. 2 had an upside down logo on the front and 2 had missing parts of the graphic on the back.

I paid what came out to $59.45 per t-shirt which included the expedite fee, but the shirts did not arrive in time for my event as confirmed. They arrived a day late but still said 'on time'

I had an excellent experience! Communication with the representative was outstanding—they were responsive, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
