I originally ordered 5 shirts for my family's trip to Universal Orlando for a total of $190. I got a confirmation email. I then received an email the next day stating that my order was canceled, "sorry it didn't work out." When I clicked on the link for my invoice there was a pic of one of my son's shirt with a $33 price. I took it as 4 out of the 5 shirts were canceled due to "copy right" issues or something. I was getting pictures of Mario characters off Google to upload to the shirts. So, instead of $190, I was being charged $33. So, I went to Etsy and ordered 3 more custom shirts with Mario characters on them. I got myself one at Kohls. There was a huge misunderstanding with that email. I wasn't given a reason the order was canceled. I assumed the opposite. So now I have spent a total of almost $300 for shirts, and then I find out the shirt I thought was the only one that went through, was canceled. So, my oldest still didn't have a shirt and my husband and 2 other sons have 2 shirts now. Way more than I wanted to spend on shirts.

The service and speed of order was remarkable! The only thing I wish is that when you review the order before final purchase, and right before you proceed with printing you could look again at all the names and numbers to make sure they're correct. But great job, love the shirts!

Custom Ink has always been easy to use. The quality of the printing lasts years. We have used them several times for our family reunion t-shirts and I still have the shirts. I wear them all the time and the printing hasn't faded.
