I was disappointed that the sales associate confirmed that my order would be screen printed, only to have it arrive as a heat transfer graphic. It feels like he lied to me to make the sale. I do appreciate that you can get on the phone with associates to confirm your graphic, but that didn't end up fully working for me. I also recieved one item that was just blank - no printing at all on it.

The designer support was amazing. They were so quick to respond and helped me with designing the perfect t shirt for my business. I paid over $50 for a single t shirt which is absurd but it does look nice!
