Each time I make a new design and have it put on a shirt im pleasantly surprised on the quality of the shirt, i have gotten comments from people in public on some of my past designs I had made here

2 out of 3 of my shirts were crooked. They were off by a half inch (which looks absolutely crazy, if you want a visual, angle a sheet of paper by a half inch and just imagine how crooked the designs were on the shirts) and the customer service person stated that they would replace them but they "allow for up to a half inch of error in placement because they are printed by human hands" I'm sorry what?? I paid a ton for the shirts. Take the time and print them straight or don't take my money! One was printed in a different color than ordered. When they were replaced, once still came a half inch off center. Not angled thankfully but it is obvious when worn that it is way off the center line. SO disappointed in these.

Custom Ink is a phenomenal customer-service-forward company. From prior orders, they have quickly and thoroughly assisted when I didn't understand how the image would print on different sizes relative to how the image appeared on the design of the website. For my most recent rush order, I had submitted the wrong file and when I realized my mistake a few hours later (on a weekend!), they were able to use the corrected image. I'm thrilled with the overall result
