The print, color, and quality of the t-shirt are perfect. The only problem is that the medium size (M) has a very large neckline and feels very uncomfortable. I ordered the same brand in blue, also in size M, and the neckline is perfect. But the neckline on the white t-shirt is terrible.

I am generally satisfied with my order. After past experiences, I went to a lot of trouble to speak with someone to make sure exact specifications for my order were followed, and all the customer services reps I spoke to were responsive and did their best to make sure I got what I wanted. Dealing with 5+ different reps was a little frustrating as I often had to repeat myself or brief people on the situation, but in general communication was fast and smooth. However, I was annoyed that, even after asking at least 4 different CS reps to hold my order so it would not arrive while I was on vacation, it still did. The printing of my order, which was across four different products (unisex T, women's racerback tank, women's T, unisex hoodie) looks quite good (sharp, solid, opaque screen printing) except for the hoodies. Out of 8 hoodies, the design on 6 of them are noticeably slanted. Hoping someone will reach out and help remedy this issue.
