I posted this on Trust Pilot too. We are 100% satisfied! We are beyond thrilled with our Custom Ink experience! The website was so easy to navigate, customer service was exceptional, I appreciated getting a proof of our design and the end product of our Adams Pigment dyed embroidered logo caps in Poppy & Royal exceeded our expectations. The embroidery came out exactly like my JPEG loaded design. The quality is superb, the delivery was quick (we ordered expedited service) and the caps came in 2 weeks. Shout out to sales rep Bryce at the Bethesda, MD office whose expertise was truly appreciated! Thank you Custom Ink! I have photos of the final results but not sure how to share them? They are awesome!
